Super nice very clean and organzied love the jetted tub very big and relaxing all very perfect for our early valentine's day
My hubs and I stayed here 5 nights and it worked well for our plans which was to explore the area, not stay in the room much. The pictures are accurate. I added some to show that. Lots of lighting options (blue or dim ambience) within the room. We stayed in the room with a King and jet tub. Shower was just as huge. Very clean. Front desk was very attentive. For example, we got in one night and just needed a few more towels given the longer stay, and she asked for our room number. We took the elevator, and someone was waiting at our door with the towels! There is a restaurant open during the day from the lobby, more of a kitchen that you can take your food or eat at the tables in the lobby. Very good, authentic Mexican food and convenient when we wanted to eat in. When there was a wait, they offered to bring it directly to our room. If I had to say anything that was not the best, it was the few blocked surrounding the hotel. But this is very common here. You could be at the American Embassy but walk a few blocks over and seems like you're in a completely different city. I will say the following as discretely as I can. This stay is best for couples or singles taking a trip. There is an adult *vibe* and while that may be what some are looking for, I feel it should be mentioned, in case you're not. I still gave 5 stars because I think my naivety played a role in what clues may have been there, and went right over my head. But like the good travelers we are, we just embraced the unexpected, definitely laughed, and just rolled with it. In summary, overall good! I just do not recommend this hotel for families, or people traveling with children, and not for safety reasons because there is always a risk traveling, and can be an elevated level of risk in a highly populated downtown area in Mexico - diligence is a must at all times.
Came from the US for a quick visit and this is one of the best hotel I’ve stayed at. Everything was perfect. The room was spacious. There’s hot water for shower and everything is modernly upgraded. What’s most important is that EVERYTHING IS SO CLEAN! That’s my biggest qualifier for a hotel. Definitely recommending and definitely booking again.
If the wifi worked I'd give them a 5. For it's affordability, it's good. I booked through hotels.com and was charged, in total, like $43 a night after fees and everything. 8600 pesos I think. Good deal! There's no night stand light which I hate. And it's kind of dim. There is room service but no free breakfast. I absolutely love the aesthetic of the place. I could put a blue light on to illuminate from underneath the bed. My Mom tagged along last minute and instead of upgrading for $7 American, we will just share the king bed. And it was huge and accommodating. But the mattress is so hard! Heater works. Bathroom is nice. No window though! And again wifi doesn't work. And soup is salty, haha.
